Alan Dedicoat, the ‘Voice of the Balls’ and of Strictly Come Dancing, will be back in York on Friday, 17 April to host another fundraising quiz for York Hospital Radio at New Earswick Indoor Bowling Club on Huntington Road, from 7.30pm. There is ample parking at the venue.
Tickets are on sale now and cost £12 per person. Teams of up to four people are encouraged to take part.
As ever, the quiz will be put together by Alan and will feature several rounds of questions on a wide range of subjects. The evening will also include a raffle with valuable prizes on offer.
Chair of York Hospital Radio, Ian Clennan, explained: “ I am delighted that Alan is able to join us again for our fundraising quiz. It’s always a fun evening, and helps us raise vital funds to allow us to continue to broadcast to our listeners across the hospital and the health and wellbeing community in the city.”
